The Glorious Beauty of Vermont

I visit Vermont from time to time to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city of Houston, Texas. It’s a fresh breath of air (literally!). 🙂

My family and I are up here for a week. We have been strolling around town, reading, cooking, etc. I guess I can’t complain. But I’ll know after a week, I’ll be ready for the big city and my routine again! 🙂 I’ve had a lot of stress lately, so this has been much needed. I’ll all charged up soon! 🙂

The locals are tired of this cold snowy weather. They’ve had this weather since November. It’s unusual for it to be 40 degrees this time a year. It’s normally in the upper 50’s. And mud season is coming. Mud season is where all the snow melts and it creates muddy roads and areas in a mountain town. I am not complaining, though! 😉

By the way, I have collected records for a couple years now. And Record Store Day (an annual event for vinyl lovers) is this Saturday. I’ll post pictures of the event here in Vermont this weekend! 🙂 Are there other vinyl lovers out there in my community? I hope so. 🙂
